Due to COVID-19 impacting delivery time on some items, we have appointed DHL as our delivery to ensure your parcel will be delivered.
However, as the current system has not been wholly upgraded, you may not be able to check your tracking ID and updated logistics information online. Therefore if you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service team via email and/or online channels, who will be able to assist you further. Lines are open between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
